About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **female** Business Development Manager to support the growth of our advertising agency.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong client-handling and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Mandatory: Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience in Advertising / Digital Marketing / IT Sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling Branding, Website Development, Social Media, SEO, and Paid Ads
- Existing client network in Qatar market is a plus
