About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven female Business Development Manager to support the growth of our advertising agency. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong client-handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through inbound and outbound channels
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Follow up and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Mandatory: Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience in Advertising / Digital Marketing agency preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Valid Qatar driving license is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in selling Branding, Website Development, Social Media, SEO, and Paid Ads
• Existing client network in Qatar market
