Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Facility Management industry in Qatar to drive business growth and secure major FM contracts.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in winning large tenders in Doha and strong relationships with consultants , developers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Qatar FM market.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations and client presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Facility Management business development.
- Proven track record of winning large FM tenders in Doha
- Established network with consultants, developers, malls, and corporate clients.
- Excellent Negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
