Job Summary

We are looking to hire Female Business Development Manager a responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new architectural, interior design, fit-out, master planning, and consultancy projects.

The role focuses on developing relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, corporate clients, and property owners to generate new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

Business Development & Sales

  • · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture, interior design, urban planning, and related consultancy services.
  • · Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
  • · Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
  • · Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with:
  • Real estate developers
  • Property owners and investors
  • Government and semi-government entities
  • Hospitality groups
  • Corporate clients
  • Contractors and project management consultants
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and identify opportunities.
  • · Act as the primary point of contact during the business acquisition stage.

Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Monitor upcoming projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and fee submissions.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance documents.

Market Intelligence

  • Track market trends, development projects, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of active and upcoming developments in the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify sectors with growth potential, including:
  • Residential developments
  • Commercial offices
  • Hospitality projects
  • Retail developments
  • Healthcare facilities
  • Educational institutions
  • Industrial and mixed-use developments

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Promote the company's portfolio and design capabilities to potential clients.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and proposals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in:
  • Architecture consultancy
  • Interior design consultancy
  • Engineering consultancy
  • Design-build or fit-out companies
  • Real estate development sector
  • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong network within the UAE construction and real estate industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Understanding of architectural and design consultancy services.
  • Ability to read and understand project scopes, drawings, and consultancy agreements.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Value of new projects secured.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of client meetings conducted.
  • Proposal submission success rate.
  • Conversion rate from lead to awarded project.
  • Annual consultancy fee revenue generated.
  • Number of new strategic accounts acquired.
