Business Development Manager

Charterhouse is working with an incredible global brand, a world-leading designer and manufacturer of metal detection technology.

Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, playing a key role in driving growth and executing the business development strategy across the MEA region.

The Business Development Manager will drive the execution of the regional growth strategy by developing new channels, strategic partnerships, and dealer networks while increasing market presence across key territories.

Lead partner training, promotional initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and market development activities, including extensive international travel to support business expansion and identify new opportunities.

In addition, the role will manage and grow a high-performing dealer network across the MEA region by strengthening partner relationships, driving sales performance, delivering training and support, and ensuring effective channel management.

The Business Development Manager will provide leadership and operational oversight, contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives, and support regional growth through frequent international travel and stakeholder engagement.

The role will involve extensive travel in the Middle East and Africa.

To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field, along with proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of growing distributor and dealer networks, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.

International market experience and exposure to the mining, metal detecting, or outdoor sectors will be considered an advantage.

Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in French language is a plus.
