About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager in the UAE.
The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting Wi-Fi certification and wireless network assessment services across educational, healthcare, hospitality, government, and commercial sectors.
This is a proactive sales role involving direct client engagement, business development, and opportunity generation across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, commercial, government, and institutional sectors
- Conduct client meetings to assess networking needs and promote Wi-Fi assessment, certification, and optimization services
- Generate and convert qualified leads into long-term customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records
- Collaborate with technical teams for project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay updated on Wi-Fi technologies and wireless networking trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- IT industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of Wi-Fi and wireless networking concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Open to male and female candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, telecom, or technology solution sales
- Existing network in enterprise, government, or institutional sectors
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi assessment, optimization, or certification services
