Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and enhancing the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Regular market analysis and effective communication will be integral components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Management
  • Experience in building and maintaining Client Relationships and conducting Market Analysis
  • Proficient in Negotiation, Contract Management, and delivering Presentations
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and work in a results-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and related financial services is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus
