Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets.

The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business growth.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Research potential clients and understand their business needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Sales Activities

  • Promote and sell company products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Research

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities and challenges.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within assigned territories.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Update CRM systems regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required by management.

Customer Support

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Multilingual candidates will be an added advantage.
