We are looking for an ambitious, well-connected, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing PR and Events agency in Dubai.
The ideal candidate has a strong network within the UAE market, particularly across premium lifestyle brands, luxury, hospitality, fashion, beauty, automotive, real estate, and corporate sectors.
You should be passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, decision-makers, and partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead client acquisition efforts from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitch presentations.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and meetings to generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with the PR, events, and creative teams to develop client solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on business opportunities and performance.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience working with premium, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, beauty, or related sectors.
- Strong network and existing relationships within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
