We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team in the UAE
Requirements
- **2–5 years of experience in Manpower Sourcing / Recruitment Industry**
- **Strong B2B sales and business development knowledge**
- **Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management**
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills**
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)**
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Promote manpower and recruitment solutions to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery
