Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, lifestyle membership organizations, corporate travel buyers, and other strategic partners within your assigned region.
This is a hands-on business development role focused on creating new opportunities, building relationships, and generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury travel, concierge, hospitality, and corporate travel sectors.
- Research, qualify, and engage prospective partners.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Represent Conciliera at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Track business development activities and performance metrics.
- Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
- Existing network within the GCC luxury travel ecosystem.
- Strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, lifestyle membership organizations, and corporate travel buyers.
- Native or fluent Arabic and professional English proficiency.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
- Strong existing network within the Latin American luxury travel industry.
- Relationships with luxury travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, DMCs, and lifestyle membership organizations.
- Native or fluent in Portuguese / Spanish and professional English proficiency.
- Portuguese language skills are a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and generating revenue.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
North AmericaQualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
- Existing network within the North American luxury travel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a remote environment.

Compensation
This is a commission-only role during the first three months, designed for ambitious business development professionals who are confident in their ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
