Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai.

The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting Reliant Surveyors’ services in the valuation and consultancy fields.

Responsibilities

include creating strategic plans for growth, preparing proposals, fostering partnerships, and staying updated on market trends and competitors.

The individual will collaborate with various teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across valuation, transaction sales, advisory & consulting verticals.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Drive corporate relationships with banks, developers, audit firms, and government entities to secure mandates.
  • Identify and capture new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities in the UAE and GCC.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across business lines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to design strategic campaigns, presentations, and market reports that support business development.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, forums, and professional associations to strengthen corporate visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.

Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA Marketing and Finance background.
  • A proven sales leader with 5 -10 years of experience in financial services, or consulting sectors.
  • Strong network across banks, developers, audit firms, and institutional clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about building high-value client relationships.
  • UAE Driving License and own car.
