Role overview
The full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Dubai and drives growth across Rent Now, Pay Later and other financial services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify opportunities, build client and partner relationships, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research; develop and present proposals; negotiate commercial terms; and collaborate across product, marketing, and operations.
- Meet prospects, deliver presentations and demos, track targets, prepare reports and forecasts, and manage post-sale accounts.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and support refinement of offerings in line with Islamic finance principles and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or real estate is sought, ideally in the GCC or Dubai market.
- Ability to build relationships with landlords, property managers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Competence in market research, opportunity analysis, and commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance, consumer credit, and local regulatory considerations is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills; written and spoken English fluency is required.
- Arabic is a plus. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment is expected.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate developer sales is a plus.
