🌍 Role Overview
We are seeking a high-profile Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the Chinese and Russian markets, focusing on attracting investors, corporates, and strategic partners to the UAE.
This is a senior, revenue-driven role with direct impact on the company’s growth across real estate, corporate services, legal, accounting, vat and tax and China–UAE business operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with Chinese and Russian investors and high-net-worth clients
• Develop strategic partnerships with companies operating between China, Russia, and the UAE
• Drive business growth in real estate, company setup, legal, and corporate services
• Identify opportunities in cross-border trade and e-commerce (China–UAE)
• Lead high-value deals and long-term partnerships
• Support expansion of new branches and business lines
🔹 Requirements
• Proven senior-level experience in UAE market
• Strong network within Chinese and/or Russian business communities
• Background in real estate, corporate services, or international trade
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Russian + English
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and closing skills
• Ability to engage with high-level clients and investors
