We're expanding our team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to bring new clients through the door and fuel our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Digital Direction in the market — identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be the F&B and restaurant sector across the UAE, where you'll build relationships with decision-makers and convert prospects into long-term agency clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the F&B and restaurant space across Dubai and the wider UAE
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals in collaboration with the internal team
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth handover to the account management team post-onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent Digital Direction at industry events, networking evenings, and client meetings
  • Maintain an active pipeline and report on sales activity through CRM tools
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and opportunities in the UAE digital marketing space

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets
  • Strong existing network within the UAE F&B and hospitality sector is a major advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal
  • Confident in building proposals and pitching to business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or Urdu is a plus
  • Valid UAE residency with the right to work
