Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly motivated **Business Development Manager** to drive business growth and expand our client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for our business setup and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Promote and sell company formation services, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setup solutions.
- Conduct client consultations to understand business requirements and recommend suitable setup options.
- Prepare and present customized business proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide professional guidance throughout the business setup process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Follow up with leads and clients to maximize conversion rates.
Market Research & Strategy
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase market presence and revenue growth.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum **3–5 years of sales or business development experience** in the UAE.
- Previous experience in **business setup, corporate services, consultancy, banking, real estate, insurance, or B2B sales** is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
