Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and promoting the firm’s tax advisory and compliance services.

Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, preparing proposals and presentations, attending client meetings, and negotiating commercial terms.

The Business Development Manager will collaborate with tax consultants to align service offerings with client needs, support marketing initiatives, and track sales performance against targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing regular reporting on pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management in professional services or financial consultancy.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Experience with corporate taxation, VAT, and international tax services or a strong interest in tax advisory and compliance.
  • Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and proposal development.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and preparing structured reports and presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field; advanced certifications in tax or business development are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue and growth targets, work collaboratively with technical teams, and prioritize multiple client engagements.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are considered beneficial.
