Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Business Bay, Dubai.
The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and promote the company’s services in accounting, auditing, taxation, AML, and corporate consultancy.
Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to business growth strategies and revenue targets.
The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, report on pipeline progress, and represent the company at industry events and networking forums as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
- Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management using CRM or related tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and advisory teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined targets.
- Comfortable working on-site and engaging with clients across diverse sectors such as gold & jewellery, trading, retail, real estate, and services.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to client service and long-term relationship building.
