We are seeking a dynamic, performance-driven, and highly professional Business Development Manager to support our continued expansion and business growth initiatives.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and strengthening business partnerships within the Forex and financial services sector.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Forex and financial services industry.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and revenue opportunities.
- Present company products and services effectively to prospective clients and business partners.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and performance reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service excellence.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in Forex Trading, Financial Services, or Capital Markets will be considered an advantage.
