What You'Ll Be Doing
As Business Development Manager at VayK, you are responsible for growing our managed property portfolio.
You will identify, approach, and close property owners — converting them from prospects into long-term managed clients.
This is the highest-impact commercial role in the company.
You will own the full acquisition cycle: from lead generation and first outreach to property tours, proposals, and signed management agreements.
You'll also work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify property owner leads via real estate agents, brokers, investor networks, and direct outreach
- Conduct property assessments and present VayK's management offering to prospective owners
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline — track progress in CRM and report weekly
- Partner with the marketing team on owner-facing campaigns and content
- Attend industry events, property expos, and networking sessions to build relationships
- Provide feedback from the market to inform service and pricing strategy
- Work with operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new owners
What We'Re Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in Dubai real estate, property management, or hospitality
- Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
- Strong communicator in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, German) are a significant advantage
- Self-starter — you don't need a script to pick up the phone and book a meeting
- Understanding of Dubai's property market and the short-term rental landscape
- Comfortable with CRM tools, data-driven pipeline management, and regular reporting
- UAE driving licence preferred
