We specialize in performance-driven digital campaigns across Real Estate, Automotive, and Finance sectors across GCC and international markets.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager for PropertyGuru.ae and MotorGuru.ae, you will be responsible for commercializing both platforms by acquiring and managing partnerships with real estate brokers, property developers, automotive dealerships, and automotive brands across the UAE.

Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through advertising, lead generation and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and target potential clients, including real estate brokers, property developers, automotive dealerships, automotive brands, and related service providers in the UAE.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and participation in industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the real estate and automotive sectors.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of PropertyGuru.ae and MotorGuru.ae, highlighting each platform’s unique value proposition, audience reach, lead generation capabilities, and advertising solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, advertising packages, listing subscriptions, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the UAE real estate and automotive industries.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and performance reports to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within the company's CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services across both platforms to maximize client value and business growth.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, customer acquisition, client retention, and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership development.
  • Experience within the UAE real estate industry, automotive industry, digital media, online marketplaces, classified platforms, or advertising solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate and/or automotive market and its key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
