• Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, educational, industrial, and government sectors. Build and maintain relationships with facility management companies, property management firms, consultants, contractors, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Participate in tender submissions and contract negotiations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all cleaning and maintenance projects. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Coordinate manpower, equipment, vehicles, and subcontractors. Monitor project schedules, service quality, and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, and other regulatory requirements. Implement operational improvements to increase productivity and profitability. 1Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits. Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional services. Team Leadership
- Supervise operations supervisors, technicians, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and staff development. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Financial Management
- Manage project budgets and profitability. Monitor revenue generation and cost control. Assist management in forecasting and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management, HVAC Cleaning, Environmental Services, Specialized Cleaning, MEP Maintenance, or related industries. Proven track record in generating business and managing operations. Strong knowledge of: AC Duct Cleaning Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Water Tank Cleaning Drain Line Jetting Grease Trap Systems FM and Maintenance Services Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the UAE market and regulatory requirements. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates currently working or previously employed in:
- Facilities Management Companies HVAC Hygiene Service Providers Environmental Service Companies MEP Maintenance Companies Specialized Cleaning Companies Property Maintenance Companies 2Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
