About the Client:
A leading UAE-based insurance brokerage providing customized insurance and risk management solutions for individuals and businesses across diverse industries.
Job Description
- Drive client acquisition and portfolio growth by onboarding high-value clients and expanding the insurance portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through selling, cross-selling, and upselling general insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the general insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven client portfolio management experience and target achievement.
