The Business Development Manager is a contract role based in Doha, Qatar, with a hybrid arrangement and some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, research prospective partners, and build client relationships.
- Prepare proposals and pitch decks; negotiate agreements and coordinate with creative and production teams to align opportunities with studio capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, support marketing and promotional efforts, and report on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and partnership performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated business development, sales, or account management experience; film, media, or creative industry experience is ideal.
- Strong relationship-building, client communication, stakeholder management, market research, trend analysis, and strategic growth planning skills.
- Ability to prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials; solid negotiation, contract review, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of regional and international film markets, festivals, and distribution channels is highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
