Business Development Manager - Creative / Events & Exhibition

We Are Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships
• Bring in projects related to events, exhibitions, giveaways, branding, printing, and marketing collaterals
• Identify and approach government, semi-government, federal, and private sector companies
• Register and manage accounts on government and corporate procurement portals
• Participate in tenders, prepare proposals, and manage submissions
• Prepare professional quotations with accurate costing, scope descriptions, and commercial terms
• Ensure quotations are detailed, competitive, and aligned with client requirements
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate deals to close business
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors and outsourced production teams for smooth execution
• Research market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
• Be available during project build-up, installation, execution, and final handover until successful completion when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in business development within the creative, advertising, events, exhibitions, or branding industry
• Strong network and proven track record in generating quality business
• Good knowledge of branding, digital marketing, events, exhibitions, giveaways, and printing solutions
• Experience handling government, federal, MNC, and large corporate clients
• Strong knowledge of quotation preparation, costing, and proposal writing
• Good understanding of production materials, specifications, and industry terminology
• Strong vendor knowledge and sourcing experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and strong client-handling ability
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Good educational background
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Creative mindset and updated knowledge of market trends
