Join the Skyline team as Business Development Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
Grow the company's position, market share, and sales volume in high-rise supply-and-fit developments.
Coverage is predominantly the Midlands and surrounding areas, with access to Birmingham and other cities in the Midlands, West of England, and Wales.
Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities with new and existing customers in high-rise supply-and-fit new-build developments.
- Set selling prices to maximise profits and provide strong customer service.
- Build relationships with architects, specifiers, site and project managers, buyers, senior managers, and directors.
- Process initial enquiries and maintain deadlines.
Experience and knowledge
- Experience in fast-track building processes and dealings with house builders, contractors, or developers; kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom industry experience is preferred.
- Know the industry, company trading terms, product ranges, and major competitors.
- Bring strong organisational and administrative skills, creative problem-solving, and confidence communicating with people at all levels.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team.
