Role Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing strategic business plans, managing partnerships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
The BDM will also collaborate with internal teams to align the company's solutions with client needs and ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales expertise, including identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and negotiating contracts
- Market research and analysis skills for identifying trends and new business prospects
- Relationship and stakeholder management skills to cultivate and maintain client and partner relationships
- Strategic planning and proposal development abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Industry experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Defense, Real Estate, Education, or Manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
