Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive Revona.ai's growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for building and expanding our "mass affiliator" network by forging strategic partnerships with real estate developers, top-tier brokerage firms, and independent agents. Your goal is to position Revona.ai as the preferred financing partner across the Dubai real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and onboard real estate developers, brokerages, and agents into the Revona.ai affiliate program.

Network Expansion: Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B partners to drive consistent mortgage and financing referrals.

Value Proposition Delivery: Effectively communicate Revona.ai's unique selling propositions (Agentic AI, Tier-1 banking access, private equity fund) to potential partners.

Relationship Management: Nurture existing partnerships through regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maximize referral volume.

Market Positioning: Represent Revona.ai at industry events, networking functions, and property launches to enhance brand visibility.

Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership metrics, analyze referral data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management within the UAE real estate or financial services sector.

Extensive existing network of contacts among Dubai real estate developers and top brokerage firms.

Proven ability to negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and technological concepts clearly.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market dynamics and the property buying journey.
