Overview

**MediLearn Tech Skills Training LLC** is an innovative training institute in the **UAE** offering industry-relevant certification programs in areas such as **AI, cybersecurity, healthcare management, education, and technology skills**.

We are looking for highly motivated **Business Development Manager** who are passionate about helping students choose the right career programs and converting inquiries into enrollments.

**Role Overview:** As a **Business Development Manager** (B2B Sales), you will guide prospective learners in selecting the right training programs while driving course enrollments through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate **B2B leads** through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn outreach, corporate visits, and partnerships
  • Engage with **HR leaders, L&D managers, and decision-makers** to understand organizational training needs
  • Present and position training solutions (AI, healthcare, IT, management programs) for **workforce upskilling**
  • Conduct **corporate consultations, demos, and proposal presentations** for training programs
  • Drive the full **B2B sales cycle**: lead generation, meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain a **strong corporate pipeline** and manage long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (training, operations, and academic teams) for **customized program delivery**
  • Prepare **proposals, quotations, and corporate training plans** based on client requirements
  • Track all activities, opportunities, and deals in CRM

Key Result Areas (Kra)

  • Achieve **monthly and quarterly revenue targets** from corporate training deals
  • Acquire **new corporate clients and partnerships**
  • Maintain a strong **sales pipeline and conversion rate (lead → meeting → deal closure)**
  • Increase **repeat business and long-term contracts** from existing clients
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to **organizational revenue growth through B2B training solutions**

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in:
  • B2B sales / corporate sales / business development
  • EdTech, training, L&D solutions, or HR services (preferred)
