Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, prospect and qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals; negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to shape offerings, respond to RFPs, and translate client requirements into engagements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to strategic planning, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Track record of generating and closing new business opportunities through business development, sales, and account management.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise software; Microsoft Dynamics ERP exposure is an advantage.
• Ability to research markets, analyze customer needs, and translate business requirements into solution proposals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, networking, organization, and pipeline management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
• Understanding of the Saudi and regional business landscape.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is beneficial.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
