Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities in general construction and electromechanical projects, build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners, and manage the full business development cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation.
The role will involve preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and bids in coordination with estimating, engineering, and project teams.
The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender announcements to develop targeted strategies and sales plans.
Day-to-day activities also include maintaining a robust pipeline and CRM records, collaborating with senior management on revenue forecasts and goals, and representing the company at industry events, meetings, and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE construction projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site visits and follow up on ongoing projects and inquiries.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accurate product recommendations.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, systems, and workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Qualifications
- **15–20 years of experience**
- in the

- Proven background in

- Strong network within the UAE construction market
