Overview

Job Title: Sales Engineer / Business Development – Central Tire Inflation Systems (CTIS)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand the market presence of Central Tire Inflation Systems (CTIS) across the UAE.

Identify and engage with OEMs, vehicle manufacturers, defense contractors, fleet operators, and key customers in the off-highway, mining, construction, and specialty vehicle sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive revenue growth.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, conduct product presentations, and support customers throughout the sales cycle.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business while representing the company professionally in the market.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience with Central Tire Inflation Systems (CTIS).

Previous employment with a CTIS manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.

Experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development.

Willingness to travel across the UAE.
