Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and expanding Golden Gateway Consulting Service LLC’s presence in key markets.
The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and manage the end-to-end business development cycle in close collaboration with recruitment and HR delivery teams.
Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their workforce and consulting needs, presenting tailored service offerings, negotiating terms, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets.
The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reports and insights on market trends and business performance.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in client relationship management, including stakeholder engagement, needs analysis, and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting, with familiarity with international talent sourcing and diverse industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Solid analytical and research abilities to assess markets, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage pipelines, and work independently on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Middle East market, especially in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE, and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
