Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with the opportunity to work remotely on occasion.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to advance AYEN’s goals.
Key tasks include conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders, developing proposals, and implementing strategies to enhance AYEN’s visibility and impact.
The role also involves representing AYEN in industry events and helping to secure funding from donors and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Partnership Building, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Market Research, Networking, and Industry Relations skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience in non-profit organizations, energy sector, or youth development initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field
