Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and conducting market research to uncover growth opportunities.
The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue objectives.
Business Development Manager (BDM) – Role & Responsibilities (Indian Female)
Commission: 50% commission on closed business (as per company policy)
Revenue Target: AED 40,000 per month
1st Month able to bring close deal at leat 30% if you dont bring at leat in 1 Day 5 or 12 client it will be terminate
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update sales records and CRM data.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Structure
- Commission: 50% on closed deals
• Monthly Revenue Target: AED 40,000

Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Experience with Market Research, Data Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Proven ability in Proposal Writing, Presentations, and Contract Negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Experience in digital marketing or a related field would be a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
