Job Summary

A leading legal consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Business Development Manager** to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and expand the firm's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business development and client acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with legal and management teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in business development.
  • Prior experience in a **legal consultancy firm or law firm is preferred**.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
