Business Development Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, catering companies, and hospitality groups.
• Identify prospects among supermarkets, event organizers, corporate clients, and other commercial customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
• Promote products and secure supply contracts and recurring orders.
• Build relationships with procurement managers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
• Maintain customer accounts, grow sales, meet monthly targets, and submit regular reports.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of UAE B2B sales or business development experience.
• HORECA, FMCG, food and beverage, or hospitality sales experience is preferred.
• Existing contacts in hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering companies are advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 3,200–17,000 per month.
• Competitive salary based on experience and performance-based incentives are offered, subject to company policy.

Workplace

• The role is in person in Dubai, UAE.
