Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve annual gross profit targets and maintain project profitability.
  • Oversee tenders, quotations, proposals, project costing, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage and guide the Presales Engineers and Sales Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, bookings, invoicing, and collections.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and develop business expansion strategies.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Projects, and Procurement teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in ELV, ICT, AV, or systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market, with established industry relationships.
  • Proven experience in business development, team management, tendering, project costing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
