Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the growth of our 3PL and warehousing business.
In this role, you will identify corporate clients needing storage, fulfillment, and cargo packaging solutions, design custom logistics proposals, and close high-value contracts.
If you have an active network of clients in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing who require smart warehousing space, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively target, pitch, and secure new corporate accounts requiring 3PL warehousing, distribution, and value-added services.
Solution Selling: Analyze potential clients' supply chain pain points and propose tailored warehousing solutions (e.g., dedicated vs. shared storage, fulfillment models).
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize the utilization of our facility space.
CRM Management: Maintain a clean sales pipeline, track leads from initial cold call to contract signing, and manage account renewals.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market rates for warehouse storage, competitor strategies, and shifting logistics trends in Dubai.
Experience
5 to 8 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the UAE 3PL/logistics sector. (Candidates without logistics sales experience will not be considered).
Network: An existing, active portfolio of corporate clients or industry connections looking for warehousing space in Dubai.
Skills
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and contract-structuring skills.
Ability to calculate commercial storage rates (per pallet/per sq. ft.) accurately.
Attributes: Self-motivated, highly resilient, and a strong hunter-mentality for closing deals.
Salary
between 12k-15k plus other benefits
