Role overview
Grow B2B sales of premium mochi and dessert products to food-service businesses across the UAE.
This is a field sales role focused on customer meetings and active market development, rather than desk-based work.
Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business and approach restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, and catering businesses.
- Arrange product presentations, sampling, and client meetings; develop accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and commercial terms; follow up on leads and convert opportunities into recurring business.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, report market activity, and identify new channels, partnerships, and placement opportunities.
- Spend significant time meeting potential clients in the market.
Candidate requirements
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE and a strong network in restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hospitality, or food service.
- Food, dessert, bakery, FMCG, or similar product sales experience is highly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are required.
- An own or existing UAE residence visa for the initial three months is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; confident, presentable, and commercially driven.
- Comfort with field-based sales and the ability to independently develop and manage a sales territory.
