- Pioneer Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. is looking to hire a qualified and experienced **Business Development Manager (مدير تطوير الأعمال**) to join our team in the KSA.
- Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities & Requirements
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi market, especially in engineering consultancy, construction, and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, government entities, contractors, and strategic partners in KSA.
Follow up on leads, tenders, prequalifications, and potential projects in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.
Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for proposals, EOIs, presentations, and client submissions.
Attend client meetings, business development activities, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, with minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience.

تحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة داخل السوق السعودي، خاصة في قطاعات الاستشارات الهندسية، والإنشاءات، والتطوير العقاري.
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء، والمطورين، والجهات الحكومية، والمقاولين، والشركاء الاستراتيجيين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
متابعة العملاء المحتملين، والمناقصات، والتأهيل المسبق، والمشاريع المحتملة في الرياض ومختلف مناطق المملكة.
التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتجارية لإعداد العروض، وخطابات إبداء الاهتمام، والعروض التقديمية، ومستندات التقديم للعملاء.
حضور اجتماعات العملاء، وأنشطة تطوير الأعمال، والفعاليات المهنية لتعزيز وتسويق خدمات الشركة.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 12 سنة في مجال ذي صلة.
