Business Development Liaison

Join Us at Little Spurs Autism Centers!

Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking an outgoing and motivated Business Development Liaison to help us expand awareness of our services and build strong referral relationships in the San Antonio community. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) that offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in connecting children and families with the care they need.

The Details:

· Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience

· Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

· Schedule: Must be available Monday–Friday during daytime business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends for events

· Location: San Antonio, TX (local travel required, mileage reimbursement provided)

· Bonus Eligible

What You Need (Qualifications):

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred

· Knowledge or experience with ABA therapy or healthcare strongly preferred

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks, stay systematic, and consistently meet deadlines

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web-based tools

· Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

· Spanish language skills preferred

Your Day-to-Day:

· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional connections with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and local organizations to promote ABA therapy services.

· Education & Outreach: Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings to inform providers and community partners about our programs.

· Collaboration: Work with our clinical team to ensure feedback from community partners enhances services.

· Reporting & Metrics: Track and share marketing activities, new contacts, and referral opportunities with the VP of Marketing & Communications.

· Community Engagement: Represent Little Spurs at local events and initiatives to raise awareness about autism services (occasional evenings and weekends required).

· Strategic Contribution: Identify new outreach opportunities and provide insights to support growth and strengthen community partnerships.

Founded in 2022, Little Spurs Autism Centers was created after our sister company, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, recognized the growing need for supportive, evidence-based ABA therapy. Our mission is to make meaningful changes in children’s lives by focusing on their strengths and providing compassionate, individualized care.
