Company Description

PremierQ is a specialized contractor focused on play and leisure, delivering sports and recreational projects across the GCC region.

The company provides design, consultancy, material supply, and construction services under one roof, offering end-to-end project solutions.

Role Description

The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives by assisting with lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on sports and recreational projects in the GCC, preparing client presentations and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

The intern will collaborate with the sales and project teams to understand client needs, contribute to customer service efforts, and help coordinate meetings and site visits.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al-Hidd, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in business development within the play and leisure construction sector.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent in giving presentations to high profile clients.
  • Familiar with AI tools for sales.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools .
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities and an interest in building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering and organizing competitive and industry insights.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset to support positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Al-Hidd, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a diverse, professional team environment.
