- Work on leads allotted and convert them into sales
- Research potential clients across international markets
- Identify business opportunities for Mobile App Development, Web Development, AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, and other IT services
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
- Assist Business Development Managers in proposal preparation and client presentations
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support sales campaigns and business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of sales and business development concepts
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self motivated with a learning attitude
