The Business Development Intern supports company growth through client identification, market research, outreach, and lead generation.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Key activities
- Identify potential clients and research target markets.
- Assist with outreach and lead generation; prepare presentations and proposals.
- Maintain CRM data and track business development metrics.
- Work with sales, marketing, and AI consulting teams to understand client needs and align solutions.
- Conduct market research, support customer follow-up, and assist with meetings and demonstrations.
- Provide general administrative support to the business development function.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Effective spoken and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Lead generation skills and interest in prospecting, outreach, and building client pipelines.
- Market research skills, including competitor and industry research in the UAE and GCC.
- Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, relationship-building, and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Interest in AI, automation, and technology-driven business solutions is beneficial.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; candidates may be pursuing or hold one.
- Productivity and CRM tool proficiency, such as spreadsheets, presentation software, or basic CRM platforms, is an advantage.
