What you’ll do

• Handle inbound leads and convert enquiries into course enrollments.
• Understand learner goals and recommend relevant TMG Security courses.
• Handle objections related to pricing, course value, and career outcomes.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
• Follow up with prospects until conversion and maintain lead and conversion records.
• Work toward monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with students, working professionals, and cybersecurity aspirants.

What the role requires

• Basic understanding of sales and customer conversion.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence on sales calls.
• Comfort with cold calling, follow-ups, and rejection.
• Target-oriented mindset and comfort speaking with students and working professionals.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge or genuine interest in cybersecurity or technology.
• Comfort using LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp for outreach.
• Good follow-up discipline and willingness to learn.

Good to have

• Experience in B2C sales, telecalling, inside sales, or EdTech sales.
• Experience selling online courses or technology products; LinkedIn lead generation or cold email experience.
• CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel knowledge.
• Comfort communicating in English and Hindi.

Compensation

• Stipend of ₹7,000–₹11,500 per month plus performance-based incentives.

Schedule and duration

• Full-time internship for 3–6 months.
