We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is comfortable speaking with business owners, conducting cold outreach, scheduling appointments, and identifying potential consulting opportunities.

This is not a back-office role.

You will be interacting with decision-makers, understanding business challenges, and helping generate qualified meetings for our consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and identify potential AI consulting opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and discovery calls
  • Follow up with prospects consistently
  • Maintain CRM and lead records accurately
  • Research companies and identify decision-makers
  • Understand business challenges across different industries
  • Communicate AI consulting solutions in simple business language
  • Meet outreach and appointment-setting targets

What We'Re Looking Formust Have

  • Experience with cold calling and appointment setting
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Good understanding of business operations and challenges
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle objections confidently
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs, and senior executives

Preferred

  • Experience selling B2B services
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Exposure to consulting, SaaS, technology, or digital services sales
  • Understanding of AI use cases across industries

Success In This Role

  • Within the first 90 days, you should be able to:
  • Generate qualified conversations consistently
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Understand business pain points quickly
  • Position AI consulting services effectively
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline
