Internship
- The internship lasts six months, with a flexible start; full-time availability is preferred.
Location and working arrangements

- The role includes travel to industry conferences, investor roadshows, and networking events in global hubs.
What you’ll do
- Manage fundraising outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and investor CRM tracking; help prepare pitch decks, factsheets, DDQs, and newsletters.
- Research institutional investors, including family offices, funds of funds, VCs, and HNWIs, across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and networking events and build relationships face-to-face.
- Coordinate partner onboarding with fund administrators, legal, and compliance teams.
- Support on-chain vault and partnership development, protocol relationships, incentive programmes, and ecosystem tracking.

- A strong interest in alternative investments.
- A business, economics, finance, communication science, or related degree is preferred.
- Investor relations, private capital markets, or fundraising familiarity is a plus, not required.
- Additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus; relevant IR/BD, venture, institutional sales-support, storytelling, or allocator due-diligence experience is desirable.
What you’ll get
- Mentorship and hands-on learning from professionals experienced in hedge funds, DeFi, and institutional fundraising.
- Health insurance coverage, performance-based bonus potential, and Dubai work-permit, visa, and relocation support for on-site hires.
- Potential to transition into a full-time role after successful completion of the internship.
- Global travel and networking opportunities, a flexible high-ownership environment, and the opportunity to contribute to deals and partnerships.
