Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive – Web/Agency role based in Dubai.
The role involves identifying and targeting potential SME clients for web and digital transformation services, including websites, web applications, and related digital solutions.
The Business Development Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
They will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, and coordinate with internal delivery and technical teams to design appropriate solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, preparing presentations and demos, managing key accounts, tracking performance against targets, and representing the company at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience managing the full sales cycle for web, digital, or agency services.
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including pipeline management, client retention, and revenue growth for SME clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and confident client-facing interaction.
- Experience in web, digital agency, or technology services sales, preferably in the Middle East market or similar high-growth environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, prioritize tasks, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic understanding of web technologies and digital marketing concepts, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
