Nordicscape Pool Concepts LLC is a growing company specializing in luxury swimming pools, landscaping, pergolas, water features, and outdoor living projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with villa owners, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers.
- Follow up inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams.
- Attend client meetings and project presentations.
- Maintain sales records and activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE sales or business development experience.
- Experience in swimming pools, landscaping, irrigation, water features, outdoor living, fit-out, construction, MEP, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, or villa owners.
- Ability to generate new business through cold calling, site visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Experience preparing and following up on quotations, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Good written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on experience)
