Business Development Executive (Surat, 2-5 yrs exp)

Job summary

Sales and partner development

• Identify domestic business opportunities, acquire channel partners and strategic clients, and close sales against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Present and demonstrate products, conduct commercial discussions, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
• Build partner and key-account relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Support partner onboarding, training, sales enablement, satisfaction, and repeat business.

Market growth and coordination

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to find expansion opportunities and new revenue streams.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
• Maintain pipeline and customer data in CRM; prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and support for order execution.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in domestic sales, B2B sales, or channel sales; the posting separately requires two years of business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, able to work independently, and proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred qualifications

• Channel partner, distributor, or reseller experience is preferred.
• Domestic market knowledge and experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, or related industries are preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required is preferred.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
